Policies

Check-in / check-out : We will provide a lock code for access to the house. Weeks typically run from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged. Arrival time is 3PM - departure time is 10AM . Please lock up and leave the keys on the kitchen counter when you depart.
Care and Cleaning : Please contact us at (970) 274-3414 if there are any issues or questions with the house. A house manual is provided on the kitchen counter with more info.
Please leave house the in a similar condition as to when you arrived. Please strip the beds you have used and place the sheets and towels on the washing machine and start the first load. Please put the trash out in the AM on Saturday so that it will be picked up Saturday morning.
Additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit at cost to clean stains on carpets and furniture or to replace broken or missing items.
Absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed in the house at any time for any reason. A full deep clean will be required at the tenants' expense if this rule is broken. A cigarette butt crock has been provided on the patio. Charcoal grills are not to be used on the property. A gas grill has been provided. Spare propane tanks are located behind the house.
Please use coasters and placemats on all wood and painted surfaces to avoid water stains. Please avoid wearing shoes outside of the kitchen.
Use only Duraflame type logs in the fireplace, make sure damper is open.
Follow the recycling rules closely. Any deviation from their rules will result in the trash not being picked up.
The weather can change rapidly, so please make sure all windows and doors are closed before leaving the house.
Please take full advantage of the two washer and dryer sets to keep your towels dry and fluffy on a daily basis.
All rentals for longer than one week will get maid service every week at the renters' expense. Additional maid service services can be arranged.
We value long term relationships. We will do everything possible to provide a clean and enjoyable home for your vacation. Please don't hesitate to let us know of any additional needs you may require.
